Been on vacation, but doing well eating and working out.. and I have lost… NOTHING! Very UN-thinspirational. I’d like to think I’m building muscle that is replacing the fat… yeah let’s hope so.
Breakfast today:
2 Buttermilk Eggo waffles - 200 cal
(no syrup or butter)
Lunch:
6 chick-fil-a chicken nuggets - 195 cal
1 chick-fil-a small fruit cup - 50 cal
Dinner:
Tuna Sandwich
(2 pcs whole wheat toast (256 cal) + 1 can drained tuna (116 cal))
- 372 calories
Daily total = 817
For pro-ana girls this won’t really work but if you’re trying to uber-diet and lose weight, this is pretty good!
I also walked four miles, subtracting around 300 calories.
Keep going girls!
